Our employees in the Internal IT Department at the Auditing Association Group take on versatile and challenging tasks concerning technical and organisational IT projects of the Auditing Association and its associated companies. Our IT Department is split into groups, namely IT Organisation & Development, IT Infrastructure & Operations and IT Service & Support, covering all the requirements of users within the Auditing Association Group.
Which tasks does the employee working in the Internal IT Department have?
As organisation developers, our IT employees analyse, design and implement highly complex software systems, for example, for our field auditors, bank rating, risk monitoring or depositor compensation. Using these tools, they make it possible for the Auditing Association Group to manage the risks for deposit protection efficiently. An additional field of activity is customising standard software such as Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamics CRM. With regard to both groups, the principal tasks comprise the reliable operation of applications and a secure IT infrastructure.
How can an employee working in the Internal IT Department further develop his skills?
At the Auditing Association you work with the most up-to-date methods and tools. It goes without saying that continuous training and further development are part of the job. With regard to relevant qualifications, we also offer our employees the option of participating in external audits and consultations, for example, for the Auditing Association’s member banks. What are the requirements of an employee working in the Internal IT Department?
As an employee working in the Internal IT Department, you will have a specialist degree or university degree in (business) informatics or equivalent vocational training with respective additional qualifications and already possess initial and relevant previous experience in IT auditing, ideally in the banking sector. Besides the specialist prerequisites, it is particularly important to us that you have strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to work well within a team. We expect a high degree of confidentiality and discretion as well a lot of commitment, motivation and a good level of spoken and written English.
